Abstract

Litopenaeus vannamei is one type of shrimp that has high nutritional value and fast growth. In this study in vaname shrimp cultivation using intensive methods and the addition of probiotics in each treatment. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of probiotics on the proximate content of vaname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). The design used is CRD (Completely Randomized Design) with treatments including P1: conventional cultivation (without probiotics), P2: Probiotic Bio Lacto, P3: Tricodherma sp, P4: GSO4 Probiotic, P5: Tricodherma sp + Probiotic GSO4, and P6: Tricodherma sp + Probiotic Bio Lacto which was done 3 times. Data were analyzed using ANOVA followed by BNJ 5 %. The treatment of probiotic GSO4 showed 78,43% moisture content, 1,37% ash content, 14,98% protein content, 1,16% lipid content. Beside the treatment of Bio Lacto probiotic showed 77,72% moisture content, 1,40% ash content, 11,94% protein content and 4,18% lipid content.
