This research aims to determine the influence of career development, work motivation and transformational leadership on employee performance at PT. Aneka Coffee Industry both partially and simultaneously. Quantitative research type with descriptive approach, and uses a 1-5 Likert scale analysis tool and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 24 software. The population in this research is 110 employees of PT. Aneka Coffee Industry and the sampling technique uses a probability sampling technique with a simple random sampling method. The results of this research show that career development, work motivation and transformational leadership partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. From the results of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the contribution of career development, work motivation and transformational leadership variables influences employee performance variables, namely 59.1% and the remaining 40.9% is influenced by other variables not used in this research.
