Abstract

job satisfaction arises when employee needs are met at work. The performance of employees and their superiors will increase when they feel happy in their work. The result of an employee's actions in carrying out the role assigned by the company is his performance which is measured in terms of quantity and quality in accordance with the responsibilities given. The sharia banking industry can encourage innovation in sharia-compliant goods and services by exchanging ideas and knowledge. This can support the banking industry's efforts to remain competitive and relevant in the rapidly developing Islamic financial market. This research aims to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction on employee performance which is influenced by knowledge sharing and creativity value. This research is a quantitative research using SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with the Smart PLS 3.0 tool. Consisting of 50 research sample respondents.
