Abstract

The effectiveness of an organization's workforce has a significant impact on its survival and success.  In addition to guaranteeing adherence to sharia principles, sharia talent is crucial for increasing added value, building client confidence, and maintaining Bank KCP Sidoarjo's viability as a sharia banking institution. In addition to directly supporting Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo operations in navigating the complexities of the sharia banking industry, training plays a critical role in enhancing the performance of individual employees. Employee engagement plays a major role in the performance and sustainability of Bank BSI KCP Sidoarjo, a sharia banking institution. With employee engagement as an intervening variable, the aim of this research is to determine the influence of sharia talent and training on the performance of BSI KCP Sidoarjo bank employees. This research is quantitative research with SEM-PLS as a data analysis method with Smart PLS tools.4. Consisting of 50 research sample respondents.
