This study aims to examine the effect of work family conflict and work overload on job performance with burnout as an intervening variable in the Puskesmas Wonoayu Sidoarjo employees. Research using quantitative methods descriptive research type. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling method with the number of samples in this study as many as 53 respondents. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that Work Family Conflict has a negative and significant effect on Job Performance, Work Overload has a negative and significant effect on Job Performance. Work Family Conflict has a positive and significant effect on Burnout. Work Overload has a positive and significant effect on Burnout. Burnout has no effect on Job Performance. Work family conflict indirectly and significantly affects job performance through burnout. Work overload indirectly and significantly affects job performance through burnout.
