This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship leadership, entrepreneurship culture, entrepreneurship orientation on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods descriptive research type. Sampling in this study using saturated sample method with the number of samples in this study as many as 170 respondents. This study uses data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship leadership has no effect on employee performance, entrepreneurship culture has a significant effect on employee performance, entrepreneurship orientation has a significant effect on employee performance. While together entrepreneurship leadership, entrepreneurship culture, entrepreneurship orientation has an effect and is significant to employee performance.
