Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of employee engagement on performance through work environment and rewards. This research uses numbers to communicate its findings, the methodology is quantitative. The research results show results that can prove that the work environment influences performance, with boredom indicators and facilities playing an important role in influencing the performance of BUMDes members. Rewards influence performance, with indicators of learning opportunities that play an important role in influencing the performance of BUMDes members. Work environment does not have a significant effect on employee engagement. Rewards influence employee engagement, with indicators of learning opportunities that play an important role in influencing employee engagement of BUMDes members. Employee engagement influences performance, with indicators of enthusiasm which play an important role in influencing the performance of BUMDes members. Work environment and employee engagement influence performance.
