Economic empowerment of village communities is a program of efforts to change a condition or reality of village communities individually or in groups to solve problems in an effort to improve the quality of living standards of village communities according to government regulation number 11 of 2021 concerning village-owned enterprises,Therefore, the author is interested in conducting this research with the title community economic empowerment through BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera, Pagerwojo Village, Buduran District. In research focus. This researcher used qualitative, descriptive methods, namely by observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers also use Jim Ife's theory about economic empowerment with 3 strategies, namely 1. Planning and policy, 2. Social and political action, 3. Education and increasing awareness.The results of this research are to analyze economic empowerment through BUMDes Makmur Sejahtera
