Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of operational audits in supporting the effectiveness of expedition services at PT. Indonesian post. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. The research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that at PT. Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office has carried out operational audits in each period by continuing to coordinate between divisions regarding information regarding operational implementation and the continuity of operational activities at PT. Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office. And with the use of operational audits, operational activities at PT. Pos Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office has been quite effective although there are still several obstacles found in certain conditions in its implementation.
