PT. XYZ is a company that focuses on providing construction materials such as ready mix concrete. The workforce is currently experiencing a decline due to the reduced prevalence of physiological work behavior. Initially 1 hour produced 100m3 but the realization within the Company only produced 50m3. The goal is to get optimal results. Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaires (CMDQ), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). This research is expected to obtain optimal results. Researchers can draw conclusions regarding ergonomic factors that influence musculoskeletal complaints, such as workers' positions that are too bent, work activities that are not static, the dynamic nature of work, coupled with inadequate work facilities and employment services, Can help identify potential risks of injury, as well as provide a basis for improving working posture to improve overall working conditions.
