At present, the progress of the technological era is increasing rapidly, which has prompted changes in mechanisms in several sectors, including the culinary services sector. This change in behavior must of course be responded to by the market with the right strategy in providing product services to consumers by utilizing internet technology. One of the current uses of internet technology is to build a mobile restaurant system for consumers. In this research, a mobile system will be implemented for the Omma Pawon restaurant located in the Gedangan area, Sidoarjo district. Based on observations, the Omma Pawon restaurant has problems with consumers' addresses that are still unclear, this is because consumers find it difficult to explain their location address or consumers who have just visited their place of residence.
