Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the partial influence of job training on employee performance, employee personality on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance and the simultaneous influence of job training, employee personality and work motivation on employee performance at CV. Kevin Perkasa. The type of research in preparing this thesis is explanatory research, with the population being CV employees. Kevin Perkasa, namely 80 employees. This research used a sampling technique using a total sampling technique with a total of 80 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using the t test and F test.
