Congenital Hypothyroidism Screening is a process of examining newborns to identify any disorders in the function of the thyroid gland. SHK's achievements in Sidoarjo district are still far from the target. The scope of implementation of the SHK program at the Taman Community Health Center has not yet reached the target. The aim of the research is to find out an overview of the implementation of SHK at the Taman Health Center. Qualitative research methods. The research subjects were health workers at the Taman Health Center. Data were collected by interviews using questionnaire instruments. Data analysis uses reduction steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show the implementation of the program at the Taman Health Center, in the planning aspect of recording reporting of babies who are in SHK who do not report to the Community Health Center.
