The institution in charge of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the village community is the Village Consultative Body (BPD). It can be seen that the BPD is a partner of the Village Government who is solid in aiming to prosper the village community. the aim is to describe and analyze the Implementation of the Duties and Functions of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Kejapanan Village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency. The problem in this research is the lack of optimal communication between the Kejapanan Village BPD and the community in carrying out their main tasks and functions in accommodating and channeling community aspirations. Lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the work of the village government. There was miscommunication between the BPD and the community and the village head. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach.
