Poverty is a social problem that is always present in the midst of society, especially in developing countries such as Indonesia. Various theories and developments are continuously developed to address the problem. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Semambung Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency, and the Obstacles to the Implementation of the Non-Cash Food Assistance Program in Semambung Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observations, and documentation with one key informant and two informants, namely the Semambung village head, Semambung Village BPNT Facilitator, BPNT recipient. The data analysis technique in this research is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing.
