Employee performance is an achievement obtained by employees in completing certain tasks based on experience. In employee performance, the abilities possessed by an employee can influence activities in encouraging the employee's own performance. This research aims to determine the influence of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Climate on Employee Performance in the Sidoarjo District Community and Village Empowerment Service. Based on the data analysis approach used, researchers used quantitative research methods with surveys in the form of questionnaires to collect data, which will later be analyzed using statistical methods. In this research, a sampling technique was used, namely a purposive sampling technique and the entire population used for this research was 100 employees. The data analysis technique used was the multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of the study showed that transformational leadership style, organizational culture and work climate had a positive effect on employee performance.
