The population in this research is all employees at CV Lucky, totaling 85 people. Study This requires a Moderating Reigreision Analysis, Based on The results of the analysis show that there is a significant influence between compensation on employee performance. Meaning if The better the compensation, the higher the employee's performance. Compensation has a significant effect on employee work motivation, meaning that if the compensation is better, the employee's work motivation will be higher. Results The analysis shows that there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee performance. It means If work motivation increases, employee performance will be higher. The analysis results show that Work motivation has been proven to moderate the influence of compensation on employee performance Increasing employee work motivation can increase the influence of compensation on employee performance
