Tropodo Village is a village that has a youth organization, Karang Taruna. But in the implementation of development carried out by youth, there are still some problems that make development in Tropodo Village run imperfectly. This research study aims to analyze and describe how youth participation in village development through Youth Organization in Tropodo Village, Krian District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research uses a descriptive approach. The results of the research obtained show that: Youth participation in decision-making still experiences several problems, where when viewed from attendance data, less than 50% of youth do not attend meetings or deliberations. Participation in the implementation of activities in Tropodo Village still experiences several problems, where the implementation of the work program of the Youth Organization of Tropodo Village, Krian Subdistrict, Sidoarjo Regency does not fully run effectively.
