Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe and analyze the influence of leadership style on decision making in Banjarbendo Village, Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach to analyze data in the form of numbers and then processes them through calculations and scores, as well as performs statistical analysis to prove the relationship between the observed variables. Analyzes from two tables which include indicators of leadership style and decision-making ability. Primary data were obtained from residents of Banjarbendo village who were then used as respondents using the slovin formula after carrying out calculations so that researchers adjusted as many as 377 respondents. This research showed that respondents gave an overall positive assessment of their leadership style and decision-making abilities. The ability to control emotions, responsibility, and creativity are the highest rated indicators. However, there are some aspects that get lower ratings, such as communication skills and management style.
