Sidoarjo Regency seeks to provide change by implementing electronic government is manifested in the implementation of the Sidoarjo Public Service System (SIPRAJA). This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the Sidoarjo Public Service System (SIPRAJA) in Tambaksumur Village. This study uses a qualitative descriptive. Sources of data obtained from interviews, observation. The results showed that the implementation of the Sidoarjo People's Service System (SIPRAJA) in Tambaksumur Village, Waru District, Sidoarjo Regency had 4 (four) variables namely; a) communication, dissemination carried out through electronic media such as WhatsApp groups; b) resources, The current number of staff is sufficient for SIPRAJA services; c) the disposition, attitude and response given by the SIPRAJA service staff is as expected; d) bureaucratic structure, there are clear standard operating procedures and the division of responsibilities that must be carried out properly.
