The culinary business is now growing rapidly as evidenced by the increasing number of restaurants, one of which is Mie Gacoan which sells food with the main ingredient being noodles without sauce which tends to be spicy. This research aims to determine the influence of service quality, product quality and location on purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan in Sidoarjo. This research approach is included in the type of quantitative research. The sampling technique was non-probability sampling and purposive sampling, therefore the researcher determined the sample size to be 96 respondents. Data collection uses questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it proves that partially service quality, product quality and location have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions for Mie Gacoan in Sidoarjo.
