Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine workload, work stress and work environment on employee performance at a processing company in the field of Tea. This research is located in Balongbendo, Sidoarjo called CV Greenlife Tirta Sentosa. The method used is quantitative, which is research in the form of numbers that will be analyzed using statistics. The data collected in this study include primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The answers obtained from respondents will be measured using a Likert scale. The dependent variable in this study is Employee Performance. While the independent variables include Workload (X1), Work Stress (X2), and Work Environment (X3). The findings of this study concluded that 1) There is an influence of workload on employee performance 2) There is an influence of work stress on employee performance and 3) There is an influence of the work environment on employee performance.
