SMK 10 November Jombang is a private school in the city of Jombang that develops the qualities and potential that exist in students by referring to existing competencies such as mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, and computer network engineering. This research was made aiming to design and build an elearning information system website. The research method used is the waterfall method because it is a simple and easy method to apply in a study, and the data collection techniques used are interviews, literature studies, and direct observation. The results of the research that has been done is that the e-learning information system helps teachers and students more easily carry out flexible teaching and learning activities both at school and outside of school, if the teacher or student is unable to attend but can still participate in learning activities without falling behind in material with the others.
