This research uses the technique of Classroom Action Research Classroom Action Research (PTK) technique through cycles with each cycle containing 4 stagesnamely planning, implementation, observation, reflection. If traced further further, Scramble Learning Media, can improve the understanding of literacy in understanding of literacy in students as indicated when Pre-action the average score was 60.66 with a passing percentage of 0%, increased in Cycle 1 the average score was 64.11 with a passing percentage of 0%.remained at 0%. After going through the evaluation process continued cycle 2 getting an average score of 74.66 with a passing percentage of 55.56%, as the author's commitment at the beginning that for a minimum of graduation rate is 77.78% of the total number of students, the cycle was refined and gave an average score of 81.56 with a passing percentage of 55.56%. average score of 81.56 with a passing percentage of 100%.
