Coaching management at SMANOR East Java has a daily training program consisting of psychology, physical, and engineering. The psychological factor is divided into 6 aspects of building mental skills, namely emotional management, communication, concentration, goal setting, team building, imaging and self-talk. In the planning process there are training programs designed to improve athlete performance, reduce absenteeism and turnover, and correct athlete deficiencies. The implementation of training is influenced by the athlete's background, the number of athletes, the level of understanding, age and experience in practice, the level of interest to participate in training and the level of willingness to develop it, the level of self-regulated learning of athletes about the meaning of training, and the environment. In monitoring to see the extent of results that have been achieved, collecting data requires knowledge of the physical condition, strength level, and seriousness of the athlete's training.
