Abstract

This research aims to analyze the quality of Arabic Language questions based on validity, reliability, level of difficulty and distinguishing power using the Anates V4.0.9 program. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative with documentary data collection techniques. The document is in the form of multiple choice questions for the Mid-Semester Summative Assessment with a total of 20 questions with 30 students from class 10 at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Sidoarjo as respondents. The data analysis technique uses Anates with the results obtained showing that the validity of the questions is 80%, this is meaningful (significant), the reliability of the questions is 0.87, the level of difficulty of the questions is medium and the discriminating power of the questions is 80% or as many as 16 items are capable of differentiate students who have high and low understanding of the material.
