This research aims to investigate how administrators can assist in enhancing teachers' skills through both formal and informal approaches. The motivation for this study encompasses three aspects: 1) describing the educators' abilities at SMPN 4 Sidoarjo; 2) explaining the role of the school principal at SMPN 4 Sidoarjo; and 3) delineating the obstacles faced by the school principal in efforts to develop educators' skills further at SMPN 4 Sidoarjo. The study was conducted at SMPN 4 Sidoarjo, with the exploration subjects involving the school principal and educators. Subjective methodology was employed for such exploration, utilizing information collection procedures through observation, interviews, and reports.The exploration results indicate that the school principal at SMPN 4 Sidoarjo plays a role in line with their responsibilities. They are capable of building efficiency in the presentation of educators and representing SMPN 4 Sidoarjo.
