The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of rewards, culture, organization and training on improving employee performance. This research uses primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained from journal output and previous research related to the research. The population used in the research was PT Harapan Sejaterah Karya Utama with a sample size of 128 respondents. The technique for taking data analysis uses the multiple linear regression analysis method which is then processed using the SPSS application program. The results of the research include: The application of rewards has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance; Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance; Training has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance; The application of rewards, organizational culture and training has a positive and significant effect on improving employee performance.
