Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of servant leadership, communication and team work on employee engagement at PT Irawan Djaja Agung. The method used in this research uses an quantitative research model. The data collection technique for this research was taken by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale with a total of 70 respondents who were employees of PT Irwan Djaja Agung. The data analysis technique in this research uses Smart-PLS Version 3.0. The results of this research prove that: (1) Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Irawan Djaja Agung, (2) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Irawan Djaja Agung and (3) Team Work has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT Irawan Djaja Agung. positive and significant impact on employee engagement at PT Irawan Djaja Agung.
