Environmentally conscious brands are increasingly important in today's era, where consumers are increasingly environmentally conscious and support brands that demonstrate a commitment to sustainability. This community service aims to improve Dellcart's brand image by adopting the use of environmentally friendly packaging. The author explains that the Dellcart brand has the opportunity to improve their image by adopting eco-friendly packaging. This method of community service implementation begins with the stage of identifying needs and problems carried out through interviews with brand owners, education about environmentally friendly packaging to brand owners, surveys of environmentally friendly packaging suppliers, design design and procurement of goods, and ends with evaluation of processes and results.
