The banking sector is one area of life where technological advances have a significant impact. Utilizing new technologies, banks improve services by differentiating themselves from competitors in terms of service and product characteristics. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the features, customer satisfaction, and overall performance of the BSI Mobile application. Sometimes errors occur as a result of customer complaints regarding networks that are considered unpleasant for users. The model consisting of service quality, feature quality, and customer satisfaction quality is then used to examine this problem. Information that will be seen by every BSI Mobile user. SPSS software is used in this study for data management. The main analysis technique in this quantitative research is multiple linear regression, which is used for a sample of 100 respondents from the Jenggolo branch.
