PT. XYZ is a starter card distributor company whose supply of goods on starter cards is still not optimal. The aim of this research is to determine the weight of supply chain performance that is prioritized in company performance indicators and then provide solutions to problems in supply chain performance at PT. XYZ. The research method used is Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) with the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method. The results obtained from research using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) concept with the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) method resulted in the plan criteria getting a value of 0.33, the source criteria getting a value of 0.16, the make criteria getting a value of 0.02, the delivery criterion gets a value of 0.49 and the return criterion gets a value of 0.
