Abstract

PT. Lingga Sakti Indonesia is a company operating a steel casting sector. The casting process uses an induction furnace. Maintaining the equipment is needed to prevent breakdown and maximize its performance. This research aims to know the OEE value and the implementation of AHP to provide the proposals of updating the maintenance system of induction furnace that is obtained from maintenance task of predictive maintenance. The using of AHP is to choose which maintenance task is best relevant to the equipment according to the important criterias. The selected alternative by AHP will be used to enhance the OEE value of the equipment. AHP in this research involves 4 respondents, 6 criterias, and 9 alternatives. In this resecarch shows the amount of OEE is 73,26%. The alternative priority of  the maintenance from the processing data using AHP with ExpertChoice shows that electricity monitoring as the suggestion for the upcoming maintenance system.
