Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, motivation, and work environment on employee performance at the Al Falah Social Fund Foundation, Surabaya. In this study using a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing.  . The results of this study prove that (1) the intellectual ability variable has a positive and not significant relationship to employee performance. (2) the motivation variable is positively and significantly related to employee performance. (3) non-physical work environment variables have a positive and not significant relationship to employee performance.
