Manufacturing companies that produce concrete, rely on machines for their production activities. Those machines requires spare parts for maintenance. The company's spare part inventory fluctuates in demand for spare parts and requires uncertain inventory. This results makes inventory in storage warehouses often experiencing overstock or stockout. Thus causing an increase in inventory costs in the company which has an impact on the cash flow in the company. This study aims to obtain efficient total inventory costs as well as optimal order and reorder point quantities. The methods used are the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and continuous review. The results of this study obtained an order quantity of 131 units and a reorder point of 18 units so that the total inventory costs obtained are more efficient than the total inventory costs so far with a difference of IDR 293.152.400 and a savings percentage of 11%
