Diversification in the form of policies that occur in accelerating food consumption has a relationship with food security strategies that have been regulated by the Government. This diversity affects the segment of optimizing people's abilities and skills in processing types of food in daily life. This study aims to describe the implementation process that occurs in the policy of accelerating the diversification of food consumption. This research applies the theory of George C. Edwards III which discusses communication, position, and bureaucratic structure. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by prioritizing patterns that occur in previous concepts, interrelated, and related to phenomena that have different points of view. PPH scores are calculated based on nine food groups, namely grains, tubers, animal foods, oils and fats, oily fruits/seeds, various nuts, sugar, vegetables and fruits, and others. The higher the PPH score indicates that food consumption patterns are more diverse, nutritious, and balanced.
