Abstract

Seniority, loyalty, and work performance are quite influential on the promotion of employees at PT.   Jayaland Hills Rays. This study aims to determine the effect of seniority, loyalty, and job performance on promotion. This research was conducted at PT Sinar Bukit Jayalnd. Sampling from the population of this study was carried out by using proportional random sampling technique, with a total of 136 respondents. Multiple linear regression analysis is the technique used in this research and found that loyalty, job performance, and seniority are positively correlated with promotion. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. And the results of the validity test and reliability test showed that all items in the questionnaire were declared valid and reliable. The results of hypothesis testing show that partially seniority (X1), loyalty (X2), and work performance (X3) variables have a significant effect on job promotion variables (Y).
