This research aims to determine the relationship between father involvement and emotional regulation in adolescent children. The sample calculation uses accidental sampling. So the sample in this study was 54 teenagers from MTS Ma'arif Pamotan. The instruments used in this research include, this research instrument was adopted from Aeisyah, namely the independent variable is emotional regulation and the dependent variable is father involvement. This data analysis with the help of SPSS 26 for Windows. The analysis used is classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing. The research results obtained a significance value of 0.034 < 0.05. It can be said that father involvement has a significant relationship with adolescent children's emotional regulation so that this research hypothesis is accepted. The results of testing the coefficient of determination showed that the effective contribution of the father involvement variable was 8.4% to emotional regulation in teenagers so that there were 91.6% other factors.
