The background of this research is the developments in the field of modern world technology from time to time, which are becoming increasingly advanced. Such as the use of ePortfolios, which are individual portfolios in electronic format or form. So the definition of an ePortfolio is very much needed to have a chat feature to communicate or exchange messag-es on the platform. So, to overcome the need for these features, it can be done by adding a chat feature design to the ePort-folio application or the comment column to make it easier to communicate and comment between one party and another.
