CV. Sokorosa is a company engaged in manufacturing, and distributor of isotonic drinks. Having so many agents or distributors creates problems, including uncontrolled distribution routes, resulting in high costs which cause production selling prices to be uncompetitive. With these problems, researchers want to conduct research that aims to reduce high distribution costs by designing product delivery routes to a number of agents or distributors. The method used is the Saving Matrix method to obtain the shortest route.The results of this research show that using the Saving Matrix method, 2 route recommendations and 1 alternative route were produced. Namely route (1) Pasuruan-Probolinggo-Bojonegoro-Tuban with a distance of 453 km, route (2) namely Jombang-Kediri-Tulungagung-Tulungagung-Ponorogo producing a distance of 452 km. Resulting in distance savings of 104 km and 105 km. Meanwhile, for ditribution cost efficiency on route 1, it is worth IDR. 319,500 and the cost efficiency of route 2 is IDR. 279,800.
