This research aims to develop a systematic information system for logistics of consumable materials using the FIFO method, and to synergize procurement realization reports and inventory reports to minimize discrepancies between financial and inventory reports. This system can meet the needs of inventory reports, stocktaking reports, transaction summaries and quarterly/periodic reports, and also meets the needs of the Department of Health in obtaining valid data. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach, and the FIFO method is used as the inventory management method. This user-friendly application can generate accurate and fast reports, which can assist government agencies in producing the necessary reports as requested by the Regional Finance and Asset Management Board (BPKAD) every month.
