Information systems and technology are developing rapidly and most human activities are almost supported by technology. Information technology has played an important role in every aspect of human life. One of the technologies that is currently developing is web-based information systems. A website is a communication medium that has a wide reach without the limitations of space and time and functions as a platform for disseminating information. One of them in the business sector is used to disseminate information about residential or boarding house service providers. Boarding houses, also known as temporary housing services, and also housing facilities that some organizations use as temporary residential community rentals. The aim of this scientific research is indirectly to create a web information system by displaying complete detailed data regarding the online boarding house rental information system. The research method used is the waterfall method by analyzing deficiencies and needs in the system
