PT. ALP Petro Industry frequently encountered with production planning problems. By looking at production data for the period January to December 2021, experienced fluctuations, which will cause swelling in production capacity, as well as a buildup of finished products in the finished product warehouse.The total product produced was 6390277.50 kg. This research aims to determine the results of the quantities that will be produced in the next 1 year period by creating a production planning model, so that production results and working time can be optimized. The methods used are the Double Exponential Smoothing Method, the Triple Exponential Smoothing Method and the Goal Programming Method assisted by LINGO software, with results obtained from forecasting results for the period January to December 2022 using the equation Ft+m = 12410,03 + 3,14(m) were 6922139,63 kg, with a total working time used of 98153 minutes or 1636 hours.
