UD Company. Dua Putra with five employees applies two shifts per day to achieve the monthly production target of 2000 packs of crackers. However, from April to September 2022, production decreased by 17% or around 350 packs due to changes in working hours and operator fatigue. In an effort to overcome this problem, overtime is an option to achieve production targets. This research aims to measure the level of work fatigue of tofu cracker production operators and identify the causes. The Bourdone Wirsma method is used to measure mental workload, speed, accuracy, work concentration, and recognize monotonous work. The analysis results showed that the work speed reached 80% which was considered good, while the accuracy of the calculations for cracker tofu production and concentration were considered doubtful. To reduce fatigue, companies need to consider improving training and adapting work procedures to ensure more efficient and accurate production operations.
