This research aims to describe and analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Kedungrejo Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. To describe and analyze supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Family Hope Program in Kedungrejo Village, Jabon District, Sidoarjo Regency. This research is based on the problem that there are still many residents who have not been registered for the PKH program and officers are not updating data on potential PKH program recipients. The technique for determining informants uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique in this research is a qualitative analysis type referring to Miles and Huberman's theory. as well as a guarantee of obtaining proper health and education from the government through social services. Meanwhile, the obstacle is that there are still many residents who have not been registered for the PKH program and officers are not updating data on potential PKH program recipients.
