Kualitas Pelayanan Administratif Kependudukan di Desa Ngastemi Kecamatan Bangsal Kabupaten Mojokerto

This research aims to evaluate the quality of population administration services in the Bangsal District. The research methodology employed a qualitative approach with an interactive model of data analysis. The objectives of this study are to measure public satisfaction with population administration services and to analyze aspects such as physical facilities, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy in Public Services. The research findings indicate that, despite shortcomings in physical facilities, the public is satisfied with the reliability of services and effective communication between staff and visitors. Additionally, efforts to enhance security in service provision have been observed, providing a sense of safety for the community. This study provides valuable insights into the quality of administration services in the Bangsal District and can serve as a foundation for further improvements in public service delivery.
