Effect of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), Organizational Culture, and Employees Engagement on Employee Performance in Production Section. Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences., University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), Organizational Culture, and Employees Engagement on Employee Performance in Production Section. The approach used in this research is quantitative by distributing questionnaires (questionnaire) to 78 respondents taken by one of the non-probability sampling techniques used is the purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, IBM SPSS version 24 software program. The results of this study state that K3 (Occupational Health and Safety), Organizational Culture, and Employees Engagement has a significant effect partially and simultaneously on Employee Performance in Production Section.
