Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and describe the quality of population administration services in Kejapanan village, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency, inhibiting and supporting factors in the quality of population administration services in Kejapanan village. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation with research informants, namely the Village Head, Village Secretary and one of the Community Users of Population Administration Services. Data analysis techniques in this research include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the population administration services of the Kejapanan village government, Gempol District, Pasuruan Regency are assessed from several dimensions, namely: 1) Tangible (direct evidence).
