Design of a Web-Based System for Local Asset Maintenance in the Department of Industry and Trade

The Department of Industry and Trade of Sidoarjo Regency oversees several work units, namely one UPTD and nineteen market units with far locations. Manual inventory management is an obstacle in the process of collecting and recording the maintenance of goods so that the maintenance of inventory items is not routine. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a local asset maintenance information system that can provide accurate maintenance data. This design application is designed using the waterfall method and is developed with web-based PHP sotfware, a MySQL database, and AdminLTE as its template. Testing this system uses the blackbox method so that the features in the application can be tested according to their functions. With the construction of this system, maintenance submissions can be done online and goods management is easy to control the goods maintained and recording maintenance shopping transactions is also more accountable.
