Abstract

This research examines the link between organizational culture, job loyalty, work behavior, and employee productivity at the SAMSAT Sidoarjo Office. It also considers job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Using a quantitative approach, the study includes 130 SAMSAT Sidoarjo Office employees as both the population and sample, employing total sampling for selection. Primary data, gathered via distributed questionnaires, is subjected to quantitative analysis using statistical methods, particularly the Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) program. Results show that organizational culture and work behavior positively impact employee productivity, while job loyalty has a negative effect. Additionally, organizational culture, job loyalty, and work behavior positively influence employee job satisfaction, which, in turn, affects organizational culture, job loyalty, and work behavior towards enhancing employee productivity at the SAMSAT Sidoarjo Office.
